DANGEROUS GOODS:
1.1.1 For safety reasons dangerous goods as defined in the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations, such as those listed in 1.1.2 shall not be carried in or as passenger checked or carry-on baggage except as outlined in 1.1.3.

1.1.2 Briefcases and security type attache´ cases with installed alarm devices; or incorporative lithium batteries and/or pyrotechnic material; explosives, munitions, fireworks and flares; gases (flammable, non-flammable, deeply refrigerated and poisonous) such as camping gas and aerosols; flammable liquids such as lighter fuels, paints and thinner; flammable solids, such as matches and articles which are easily ignited; substances liable to spontaneous combustion; substances which on contact with water emit flammable gases; oxidizing substances (such as bleaching powder and peroxides); poisonous (toxic) and infectious substances; radioactive materials; corrosives (such as mercury which may be contained in thermometers, acids, alkalis and wet-cell batteries); disabling devices such as mace, pepper spray, etc. containing an irritant or incapacitating substance are prohibited on the person, in checked and carry-on baggage; magnetized materials and miscellaneous dangerous goods as listed in the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations.

1.1.3 The following items may be carried: non radioactive medicinal or toilet articles (including aerosols) which are necessary or appropriate for a journey, carried in carry-on or checked baggage when the total net quantity of all such medicinal or toilet articles carried by each passenger does not exceed 2 kg (4.4 lb) or 2L (2 qt) and the net quantity of each single article does not exceed 0.5 kg or 0.5L (1.1 lb or 1 pt); Note: It is intended that this should include such items as hair sprays, perfumes and medicines containing alcohols. carbon dioxide, solid (dry ice) in quantities not exceeding 2 kg (4.4 lb) per passenger when used to pack perishables in carry-on baggage, provided the package permits the release of carbon dioxide gas. Operator approval required for checked baggage only; when in retail packaging, alcoholic beverages not exceeding 70% alcohol by volume, provided that the net quantity of alcoholic beverage in each receptacle does not exceed 5L (5 qt) with a total net quantity per person of 5L for such beverages.

DANGEROUS ARTICLES IN BAGGAGE
For safety reasons, dangerous articles such as those listed below, must not be carried in passenger's baggage.

1. Compressed gasses (Deeply refrigerated, flammable, non-flammable and poisonous) such as: butane, oxygen, liquid nitrogen or aqualung cylinders.
2. Corrosives such as acids, alkalis, mercury and wet cell batteries.
3. Explosives, ammunition, fireworks and flares.
4. Flammable liquids and solids such as  lighter fuel, matches, paints, thinners and fire-lighters.
5. Radioactive material
6. Brief-cases and attaché cases with installed alarm devices.
   
7. Materials such as bleaching powder or peroxides
8. Poisons and infectious substances such as insecticides, weed-killers and live virus materials.
9. Other dangerous articles such as magnetised material, offensive or irritating materials.

Medicines and toiletries in limited quantities which are necessary or appropriate for the passenger during the journey, such as hairspray, perfumes and medicines containing alcohol may be carried. Many of these listed articles can be carried as air cargo provided they are packed in accordance with cargo regulations.
