Redemption Rules
It is advisable to make any redemption bookings as early as possible to ensure you have a greater chance of booking a seat on the flight of your choice. Obviously during holidays and busy periods, these seats are highly sought after and the choice may not be as wide as normal
Also, leaving redemption reservations to the last minute will result in late booking charges for some of our members.
- Redemption tickets are for a fixed flight and are not re-routable or endorsable. Open status tickets are not permitted.
- There is no limit to the number of changes a Frequent flyer can make to their bookings. However the specified fee applies to each change.
- Free flight bookings that are not cancelled in accordance with the specified time limits will result in the full forfeiture of the redeemed miles
Cancellation of redemption tickets:
All cancellations must be made prior to travel. On cancellation of a redemption booking, and subject to the following service charges being collected, the miles will be credited back to the member’s account and taxes and surcharges will be refunded, less the charges. Miles will be refunded within 72 hours
