Eligibility:
Service is available on a complimentary basis up to a pre-determined radius for two points of service per round trip for full revenue ticketed passengers on Gulf Air's long-haul* flights and holding confirmed reservations in our First and Business Class cabins (Ticket classes F, A, J & C).
*Long-haul flights include:
- Flights between the GCC and Europe (Athens, Frankfurt, London and Paris).
- Flights between the GCC and Far East (Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur and Manila.
- Flights between ISC and Europe and the Far East.
- Flights between the Middle East and Europe/ Far East.
Note: The service is not available for passengers travelling on the following routes or fares:
- Travel between GCC and Indian Subcontinent, Middle East, Intra GCC and between GCC and Iran.
- Passengers holding D Class fares.
- Service is not available for pick up or drop off from/to airport hotels.
- Frequent flyer redemption fares
- Waitlisted bookings
- Rebate travel including but not limited to: Interline tickets, Travel Agent discounted fares, ID/FF25/AD75/GD50 fares
- Any airline staff member travelling on duty travel
- Rebated personal travel for airline staff.
Limousines:
- Luxurious limousine for First and Business Class passengers.
- Other larger vehicles can be made available depending on the number of passengers if travelling in a family group and/or additional baggage is being carried.

- This service must be booked at least two days prior to the date of travel.
- The type of car provided will depend on the number of passengers in the family group or the amount of accompanying baggage.
- Passengers travelling with children under the age of 12 years are required to carry appropriate restraint (i.e. baby seat or booster seat) and such restraint must be fitted by the passenger accompanying the child.
- The service is free of charge up to a pre-determined radius for First and Business Class passengers. All additional mileage charges must be settled directly with the limousine service provider by credit card.
- Cancellations must be made at least four hours prior to the pre-arranged pick-up time.
- Costs for additional stops required by the customer can be requested when making the reservation and charged as per the rates provided in the system. Applicable amounts should be settled directly with the limousine service provider by credit card.
- This service is not available for unaccompanied minors aged 12 and under, unless accompanied by a parent/guardian in the car.
- A passenger who is entitled for the free Chauffeur drive service may take one or more companions with him - flying in any class- provided that they are travelling to the same destination can be accommodated with their baggage in the car type, and a request has been made in advance. Should another car be required either because of the number of passengers or their baggage, Gulf Air will not absorb the cost and the passenger will be liable for all charges which will be collected directly by the service provider.
- If the limousine has not been cancelled and turns up at the requested pick-up, but is not utilised, it cannot be rebooked on the same ticket.
