Terms and Conditions

1. Fares are available for sale until 30 November 2008
   
2. Travel is permitted from 01 September until 30 November 2008.
3. Fares quoted are for travel in Business and First Class and are based on seat availability at the time of booking.
4. All bookings must be confirmed at the time of ticketing. Applicable taxes/insurance/other charges will be collected at the time of ticketing.
5. Valid on Gulf Air operated services only except code share flights (GF5100-GF6999).
6. Minimum stay: Nil.
7. Maximum Stay: 12 Months.
8. Stopovers: Not Permitted.
9. Changes: Before departure for business class charge EGP269. and after departure EGP 537.00
10. Changes: Before departure for First class charge EGP 537.00 and after departure charge EGP 805.00
11. Cancellation/refunds: Before departure for business class charge EGP 805.00 and after departure charge EGP 1073.00.
12. Cancellation/refunds: Before departure for First class charge EGP 1073.00 and after departure charge EGP 1610.00
13. Taxes: Normal taxes and surcharges apply.
14. If your ticket comprises of more than one fare type, then the most restrictive fare rule and terms and conditions apply to the whole ticket. Please ensure you check the fare rule information for each of the legs/sectors of your journey.
15. Child fare: Children 2-11 years inclusive pay 75 % of the applicable adult fare.
